I honestly can't bring myself to see Snakes on a Plane. What the hell kind of a name is that?

And oh, how I loved Amelie. One of my top ten.

Well I'm inspired by your retitling to see Conversation with Another Woman, the original title (I'm starting a groundswell here) bored me to yawns. Thankfully Aaron Eckhardt has ably redeemed himself after Erin Brockovich - one of the most overrated films of the past decade... and Julia Roberts winning the Oscar for that?? Did ANYONE see You Can Count on Me?? - where was I (never get me started on Erin Brockovich, The Movie. Or Julia Roberts for that matter). Yes, Aaron, we adore, and what is not to love about Helena? Snakes on a Plane is all over Australia at the moment, can't turn sideways for all of the hype, and I just can't see what the big deal about the word "motherfucking" is. Sure, no-one can say it quite like Samuel L, but I'm not sure I want to shell out $15 (for that is how we roll in Melbourne) to hear him say it. Again.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Minds is one of my favourite movies, ever. You know the Hara that you talked about? That emotional core that responds physically to heartache and heartbreak. I clutch at my clavicle all through Eternal Sunshine.... and breathe out.
